Welcome to Travelling Soul Sister! My name is Tennille and I live in the city of Melbourne, which is located in the state of Victoria in Australia.

Melbourne is an amazing destination, offering world class restaurants, cafes, bars, events and activities. It’s the perfect place to explore and discover.

Travelling is a huge passion of mine. In the past, I have traveled to many overseas destinations but it had usually been on the frugal side. Travelling for long stretches at a time often meant having a super strict budget. Doing so allowed us to travel to amazing places and you certainly become creative when you have limited funds! (as a backpacker it’s a right of passage to make rolls for lunch whilst at the breakfast buffet right?).

Now that I am a (little) older, I enjoy the more luxurious side of travelling. The buffet at the backpackers has been replaced with high teas and cocktail bars and I have waved goodbye to itchy hostel bedding!  I do however, still love a bargain (who doesn’t) so I like to aim for luxury, whilst still snagging an awesome deal (yes it’s certainly possible, you just need to do a little homework). Think, ‘Tennille’s Deals!’.
